There is some circumstancial evidence that last September event was forseen to more or less degree depending on what you read (last TIME issue outlines what the gov't knew but I believe they knew more based on other info. I have read). Just like Hawaii , that attack brought the US into WW2, this attack swung public opinion to go into Afgan. However, public support has wavered off. The public support is not there to attack Iraq. So, we need another event. The Gov't , I am sure, is planning it as we type, how to make the Iraqis provoke the US into an invasion. Public Opinion is the Key and something has to happen to make such an event happen.
