Or another solution might be to scan and save it all as a .pdf format publication, which will keep the integrity of the charts, photos etc, and then those needing it can download and print what is needed. I've used a lot of these lately for research...including the 300 page proceedings of the last Organic Viticulture symposium (a paper from Nicholas Joly, and two from Claude Bourguignon in that).
