a stainless pot to cook it in and left it in that in a dark cupboard - pot
has a vented glass lid - maybe got enough light in to stop anything
happening or maybe stainless is no good? - some mould grew on the top of it
after a long time - at no stage has there been the slightest hint of
anything other than a pleasant (to me) smell. It was only a small trial
batch so doesnt matter. I will chuck it out and try again sometime.
