I don't know if it's available,but several years ago at bd seed conference in Copake N.Y., I was gifted , i guess as a thank you for jams i brought up , with the best cheese i've ever had in my life, bar none . they said they could not sell it, because of some code or law, but perhaps if you asked, and it was available and they knew what a good cause it was,,, it seems worth a phone call to Copake Allen.
