When these bodies separate the bugs are coming in and destroying those parts of the plants that are left without this "covering". You can imagine it more if you compare it to what actually happens to us when our arm or leg falls asleep. The etheric body has withdrawn and we lose quite a bit of sensation in the limb. The same occurs with plants and the bugs can chew away while the plant is defenseless...sstorch
