Increase technology, vessel horsepower, vessel size, destroy fish habitat 
through catch technique... you do not have to be a genius to see it coming.  
How come they did not learn a lesson from the closure of George's Bank in the 
early- mid eighties, assholes.  Dead materialistic science.  You reap what 
you sow.  Commercial fisherman put nothing back, take, take, take is the 
rule.  Money equals entitlement regardless of what the signs tell you, let
