Hey Merla, maybe you need to bring it in by the truck load - governments don't seem to mind container ships dumping their ballast full of exotic alien critters into our harbours. This year, the oysters in Cape Breton are being wiped out by a parasite (MSX) never seen here before, maybe came in on one of the many pleasure yachts that visit the area. Think big, make a few political contributions and you could probably bring in all the manure you wanted to.
