Famously, a BD farm in Gloucestershire was threatened with slaughter of their herd because Foot & Mouth had infected a neighbouring farm. There was a big outcry, they appealed and were let off - so maybe the Ministry secretly approves of BD? Tony N-S.
While in the UK, during the BSE and Foot and Mouth massacres, I was visiting
Organic and Radionic Consultants and was told that there had been no case of
either on an Organic Property. Both only occurred in chemical rich herds and
flocks.....
