It is a Sandberger Turner and there is nothing economical about it.  We use 
it judiciously only because it was purchased under bad advice  before I came 
on the scene and we would lose about $20,000 US if we discarded it.  If you 
want to make great compost economically get some Pfieffer compost starter, 
barrel compost,  compost preparations from Applied Biodynamics at JPI and 
some red wiggler earth worms from a gardening magazine.  If you would like a 
consultation contact me off list.  The worms will do the best job at making 
compost and the bd remedies is like candy to them, inducing amazing 
reproduction and vigorous appetite...sstorch
