Dear Allan,
I totally agree with you. I have just
recently bought books from the San Fransisco office. If I lived in the US, I
would buy all my preps from JPI and seeds from the US. HOwever, with the
Canadian dollar being 64cents compared to the US dollar, it is very very
expensice to buy anthing from the US.
So I buy seeds from Aurora because it is
"close" by, seeds from J. Butler (even closer, in Kelowna),
Pacific Coast seed (not bd, but, local). I
buy preps from Ferdy because he is "local". I make a couple of my
own.
I don't buy from JPI for the simple
reason that I have to more than 1.5 times the dollar amount and that makes
things unreachable for myself and others. I am simply making the calendars
available and affordable for those of us not fortunate enough to afford to buy
products from the USA..
I have only one advantage over JPI and
BDA, etc. When I buy something, then send to the USA, it makes it cheaper
for those in the US to purchase from me. The US dollar buys twice as much
product!
Thanks, Allan, for bringing some important issues
to the surface. I am talking generalities here and trying not to be
personal.
I am not sure that you are not
just being personal...Would you have started this campagne of Michael Roboz
bashing if it was somebody else?
Michael
