I've been looking over the JPI website and can't find where to order the calendar, nor the Stella Natura calendar I usually get. (I normally just buy mine from Allan so maybe I haven't been paying sufficient attention.)
Here's what I would really like! I use the big barn erasable calendars and notice boards in my milk parlor and tack room and probably will hang one in the hay barn this next year too. It would be ever so helpful to have something similar for the garden. (with the 'aside section' preprinted with when to do what.) What I normally do is write all the stuff I do to the critters and once a month jot it all down on an index card and haul it to the computer. I have a fairly comprehensive set of calendars I made up myself for the computer (expandable table type calendar, and with notes, objectives and results at the bottom). Everything from the respective area gets noted on the computer calendar file before I erase that month in the milkroom or tack room. At the end of the month I print out the computer version and stick it in the month files along with receipts, etc. Makes it somewhat less guesswork come tax time anyhow.
