I have seen stuff like this, for nearly 10 years, once I received a check for 30000 US from a UK-bank, after deposit the check in the US the check cleared 14 days later the Bank canceled the transaction and took the moony back, luckily all ordered equipment where reedy to ship the following day so it was a close call, the check ware stolen from the UK bank.
