Allan,Perry - I didn't understand the extent of your problem. Anything under 28.8 is going to experience problems unknown to beta testers, etc. What do you need to get a faster connection? IS this just a modem thing or are your lines that poor?
The settings on Real Player go as low as 28.8... however, I usually log on at 24.. sometimes getting to 26.4 if I'm lucky!!!
