Gnostics, for one, definitely would use heavily. And there are many Sufi, Hindu, and Taoist who use. And, more close to this list, while they are not my favorite bunch, the OTO (of whom RS was once a secretary) heavily uses hash in their rituals. Use - don't use. Orthodox - mystical.
