I received a tape of Dr. Doug Rokke speaking about his experiences in the Gulf War. It is unspeakably shocking. I put his name and "depleted uranium munitions" into Goggle and got a lot of confirming documents. He says there are 1-2,000 of such munitions ready to be deployed in the 2003 Iraq War which will make Iraq lethally radioactive for eternity. He said that 10,000 U.S. troops were dead and 221,000 on permanent disability--from radiation, from the Gulf War in 1990-1, not to mention non-combatants, and that the government would not acknowledge any of this or give the 24 hr medical attention that is required in cases like this to our own troops. They used solid U-238 3/4"x18" tank shells that exploded into spalling, the equivalent of burning BBs--that also contained nuclear waste, Plutonium, Neptunium, from Padukah, KY, Oak Ridge, TN and Portsmuth OH.
