Hi Allan, I also need to ask you if you don't think the drop outs & lurker problem might be connected to the rude way in which people who speak their mind are attacked on this list? You started a thread about lurkers and folks who don't speak up, creating a climate of fear and people are so quick to attack on this list, as I know from many years experience. Perhaps that is the real reason people don't speak up, for fear of being blasted.
