Bob -Allan, Your question, "Do you know of anyone using compost tea and failing to control powdery mildew?" lacks a critical component to be of most use.
I think you are asking a different question than I'm asking right now. Using compost tea and failing to control disease is not a damnation of CT per se. that's not what I'm getting at, though, I'm simply asking who or what we as a group know on the gross level: Anyone or anyone you know using compost tea on powdery mildew? Is it working or is it not working?
After that, your questions would be helpful.
