I just checked on-line at my library and they don't (yet) have 'vortex theory of everything', but do have some similar topics.

Last year I read "Conscious acts of Creation : the emergence of a new physics" (c.2001) by William A. Tiller of Stanford Univ. [ Professor. Department of Material Science and Engineering] I think there was discussion about everything??  being based on energy/vortices. Great book
