Oops, make that 2 ships, just heard the Iroquois heading home after one of the "ageing SeaKing helicopters" crashed on board. Maybe the wretched state of the Canadian military will keep our troops out of the war. Not a great reason, would prefer the guvmint just refuse to participate on principle. I forwarded the Fruit Loops piece to some people, it's good to be reminded of how ludicrous some of the official explanations were. Has that whole story ever fallen off the face of the earth!
