That is very interesting.  Microbiology shows that cells have the ability to respond to physical, chemical and energy influences, and can change their DNA accordingly.  Bacteria & viruses display this for us very well, as they can have offspring every 30 seconds under ideal conditions, and change to adapt to the environment.  But even slower producing species can do such also. At Findhorn the people were told to eat the foods only from their own garden, and their bodies would change to allow them to take in nutrients form the air & sun.
