Hi Eric A grey, wet, cold day for solstice had me wonder if any would turn up for the celebrations. A thick heavy fog rolled in around 4pm and no calls to verify if celebrations were still happening. As darkness began to fall many people, at least 50 arrived to light the fire and celebrate the solstice. It did end up to be one heck of a party for young and old, with laughter, poetry, warmth, good food and good company.
