Hi,

 If ur using VS.Net right click on the project in solution explorer then click on Add 
Reference then click on COM tab then select the VB component then as usual u have to 
create a instance of the class. For ex

Dim objEmp as new Employee.Info
objEmp.EmployeeInfo(ID)
