Salil,
         check these 
step
 
Step 
No 1:
 
At 
Server A
1. 
Check .Net framework is installed on not. 
2. Search the location of aspnet_regiis.exe 
file 
3. 
Change your directory to this point at command prompt 
4. 
run  "aspnet_regiss.exe -i" 
5.theny try to run aspx page 
 
At 
Client B
 
1. 
Check whether your client b account has vs.net access or not ,if not give the 
permission at server A
 
 
Step 
No 2:
If you 
still facing the same problem then follow this step 
1.Open 
Machine.Config file in notepad(you can found it at 
$:\WINNT\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.0.3705\CONFIG folder)
2.Search for "processModel" tag and edit userName="SYSYTEM" and Passowrd 
= "AuthoGenerate"
3.restart IIS using iisreset.exe from command prompt 
4.Then 
run your asp.net application .
