lang selection is not by "user comfort level". its more "management comfort

I can assure you that this question on languages has come
to the group many-a-times ... But as in all the occassions the
answer has been "users comfort level" ...
Hence if I were to take that for granted ... then we have
more VB developers around than C# ... I hope Iam not building a
foundation for a big battle with the C# programmers ... ...
