As much as you would love to reply from Outlook to the message posts, please refrain from doing that, especially since it uses Word to compose the richtext mails, that end up using some very custom HTML tags. And the result is a rather cryptic post, where one ends up investing more time seperating the HTML from the message. So, take a minute more, and post your reply from the web.
