Hi Sujay,

sqlClient support only SQL Server 7.0 onwards, u r not possible to use sqlConnection 
with SQL Server 6.5. You have to use OleDbConnection object.

Can we use SqlConnection object in ADO.Net to work with Microsoft Sql Server 6.5? Or
