----------------------------------------------------------- New Message on BDOTNET
----------------------------------------------------------- From: Manoj Message 3 in Discussion Hi, Why are you uncomfirtable calling the Delete method of the DataRow object? The difference between Remove and Delete is that Remove removes the row from the DataRow collection of the Datatable permanently. On the other hand delete method, marks the RowState as "Deleted" so that the DataAdapter can understand to call the DeleteCommand object. Note that here, you can get back the deleted row using RejectChanges method . It is permanently deleted only if you call upon AcceptChanges. So effectively, Delete + AcceptChanges = Remove So, if you need to propagate changes to the DB, I guess you have no choice but to use the Delete method.
