Hi!   Interop DLLs are .NET assemblies, and thus, can be in only two possible 
locations:   1) If they are not strong named, they will be in the same folder (or 
subfolders of the folder) where your application's executable resides. Recursively 
traverse the file system heirarchy to get it.   2) If its strong named, it will be in 
GAC. Look it up there.   Gaurav
