Hi Vikas,
The message box you are getting with open,save,,,button, is the way it works.
<NameOf thefile> I mean you can write a file name which you want to be visible
to user when he/she download your file.
Response.AppendHeader("content-disposition", "attachment;filename=" & "Text.doc").
It would be better if you save the file also
along with the File in Database so that you can get proper fileName.
To get the file name from input control use this...
Dim strFileName As String
strFileName = fileToUpload.PostedFile.FileName
strFileName = strFileName.Substring(strFileName.LastIndexOf("\") + 1)
