Windows 9x are out of question, however if you don't have SMTP installed on your 
Windows 200x/XP pro machine, you can still send mail using some other SMTP server's 
address that is in your network and has SMTP service running.   
SmtpMail.SmtpServer="SomeSmtpServerIP"; //This string will be the outgoing SMTP 
channel SmtpMail.Send("[EMAIL PROTECTED]","[EMAIL PROTECTED]","Subject","Body");
