The form attribute method should be set to 'post' (method="post"), please check this. In .NET by default the method is "Post", becuase "Get" has this limitation. 2. Set the maxRequestLength="10000" and try. When I tried with 5120 I was getting same error and I changed the value to 10000 and it started working. You have to find out the break point for your file.
