Hi Gaurav, I understood ur point and u know i have been doing similar kind of stuff to 
check whether it is compatible on windows 9x or 2000 or any windows OS. But dont u 
think this is a trial and error kind of thing.    Isn't there any methodological way 
to do the same?    Arent there any tools(not the typical clear case , win runner kind 
of things) to do this compatibility testing for windows based applications...   hasnt 
Microsoft devised any plans to do this?   By the way....Hey Soni, u are Digressing 
from the topic, This question is not at all related to dot net. This is a general 
questions ....simpley saying "how do u test the compatibility of a windows based 
application".    To explain much more clearly...if u develop an application in VB. How 
do u make sure that it runs on windows 2000 or windows 98 or (windows 2000 and windows 
98) or only windows 2000 or only windows 98.    Please reply...   -Regards Rambabu
