Hi

You can also try another way. In the original SQL statement where you are filling the 
data to the table, there itself you can have the sum of the amount.

Ex.
Dim sqlStr = "select itmCd, itmNm, amt, Sum(amt) sum from itemMaster"

The column "Sum" has the sum of amount. So in the datatable, you will have 6 columns 
instead of 5.
