We 
were also getting this error while exporting the Report.
In our 
case, we found out that some SQL statement was locking the 
table
from 
where the Report was picking up the data.
 
Just 
check in the Sql Server management console that whether that
table 
is getting locked due to some reason.

                                Check whether SET NOCount is ON in stored 
                                procedure. SOmetimes this may be the cause of
