Note that SQL Server nested transactions do not commit unless the outermost 
transaction commits. The @@TRANCOUNT global variable gives you the current nesting 
level. There is no documented limitation on the number of nestings that you can have, 
but it is ideal to keep the nesting small, so that your transaction log does not
