Hi,     Its very simple, please follow below steps. 1. Suppose you have a 
button(Server) with the name button1, and you have a javascript function written in 
aspx page with the name fnHandleClick() and u need to call fnHandleClick() on click of 
the button1.  Just add below code in Page_Onload event of aspx.vb file   
button1.Attributes("OnClick")="fnHandleClick();"     Thats all,   Regards, Ramaprasad
