Hello Arun,   The SP that you have written would actually return three recordsets. In 
order to access the remaining two recordsets, you need to use the NextRecordset 
feature of ADODB recordsets.    Basically, when you execute the command object the 
recordset returned is actually a collection of recordsets with the first one being 
accessible by default. After accessing the values from the first recordset( i.e. 
values for "SELECT * FROM vw_ViewA"), you need to perform the operation : 
rsLocal1.NextRecordset in order to access the remaining recordsets in the collection.  
  Note: The nextrecordset option only works if the connection is being maintained and 
is also within the same process boundary.  Let me know if you face any problems
