U can use system.data.oledb namespace for accessing MS Access. I am writing code in 
Vb.Net. Hope u can convert it to C#.   Imports System.Data.OleDb   Dim conn As New 
OleDbConnection(Connectionstring)  ' Connection string is 
"Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OleDb.4.0; Data Source=Database Name"
Dim comm As OleDbCommand
Dim datareader As OleDbDataReader
Dim sql As String
conn.Open()
  sql = "select * from ....."
  comm = New OleDbCommand(sql, conn)
 datareader = comm.ExecuteReader()
. . .
 comm = Nothing
 conn.Close()
