----------------------------------------------------------- New Message on BDOTNET
----------------------------------------------------------- From: Pandurang_Nayak Message 6 in Discussion Pradeep/Rajesh/JP, I have faced the problem of double firing of events - this can happen if you set the AutoEventWireup to true and then do something in the Design View. Though not always, sometimes, while saving, VS.NET automatically adds the event handler code into your Init function. That causes it to be fired twice, once due to the Init function and once due to the AutoEventWireup. Unfortunately, the AutoEventWireup does not check if the event has already been "wired" up. This happens mostly in C# coz VB.NET uses the Handles keyword for wiring up things and VS.NET usually does not mess that up. rgds Pandurang ----------------------------------------------------------- To stop getting this e-mail, or change how often it arrives, go to your E-mail Settings. http://groups.msn.com/BDotNet/_emailsettings.msnw Need help?
