Hi ,   At present in .Net there are only two prominent database connection providers : 
  1. Sql .Net Provider  2. Oledb .Net Provider    first one is meant for Sql server 
7.0 and Sql Server 2000 and for any other database it is oledb provider  so it will be 
the one that will be used in your case    just a small example how u will accomplish 
it :   You need to import system.Data.OledbClient Namespace     Then you need to 
create OledbConnection , OledbCommand , OledbDataReader / OledbDataAdapter , DataSet , 
based on your needs go to following article and u will help regarding all of them :
