Dear Friend ,   Which O/S is installed XP Pro or Win2k Prof, Server,Advanced Server ?  
 Check whether u have configured Frontpage Extensions in your IIS Web server and 
registered the DLL   And finally Repair the Installation on VS.NET    Try the above 
and Iam sure things will work    Out   With lots of Love and Respect   Anil Mahadev
