Hi!   Just a suggestion: when using the code snippet above, ensure that your form has 
the KeyPReview property set to true. Failure to do so will make the ALT+P keypress not 
work when the focus is on one of the child controls of the form.   When true, the 
property ensures that all keystrokes are first processed by the form, before going to 
the control that has the focus, and you even have the control to prevent the keypress
