Here are the steps whcih I performed 1. Create Export Package (Proxy) 2. Ran the package in the Remote Computer 3. Created a Project (VB.Net)..I even added the AccessControl attribute which you merntioned in the Assembly Info..but I guess Its not required 4. Added the dll into the projects Now.. 5.When I try to instantiate it in the remote computer .. gives the same problem as before ie Access Denied. Any views on this.
