Subject: Component required

Is there any ActiveX / COM
spreadsheet component which caters to features of Microsoft Excel 2002 and can
be incorporated in Visual Basic 6.0 desktop application?

The basic features I am looking for
are as follows:

1) Cut, Copy
Paste between two sheets of a book

2) Ability to
import/export data from SQL database and Excel 2002
Spreadsheet

3) Printing of
data in Excel 2002 format

4) Sorting,
Filtering of data

5) Multiple
Select (Continues and Non Continues) of rows

6) External
Functions like Sum, Average etc.

7) Non editable
cells

Regards,

Sudeep
