There is no such Web control available in ASP.NET, but you can use HTML file control 
with runat='Server'. Like this... 
<INPUT Type="File" runat='server' ID='MyFile' /> 
To get file from the above control you can use the PostedFile readonly property, here 
the code 
To store posted file in harddisk 
MyFile.PostedFile.SaveAs(strFilePath) 
To get the FileName (This will return compelete path) 
strFileName = MyFile.PostedFile.FileName 
By default you can upload a file up to 4 MB, but can configure the size by changing 
the maxRequestLength attribute of httpRuntime in web.config file
