There is no way to explicitly provide connection information for the SQLConnection object from a UDL file. As another note, I believe usage of UDL files can slow down performance slightly bcos they are parsed everytime connection settings they are loaded. In any case, it is better to store the static connection information in the application config file and read it from there using the ConfigurationSettings class.
