Hi group,

I am implementing a functionality according to which a user
can sign in only once in a web forms application.

So I am adding the userid and the sessionId in Application
Cache. Also I have written a HttpModule and in this module I check whether that
loginId for that session exists in application cache. If not browser is
redirected to login page.

If the user presses logout button, his entry from the app
cache is removed and is redirected to login page. Now in the HttpModule code I
am checking if loginId and session Id exists in the cache. If not I am
redirecting it to login page. But when user presses logout, in the httpmodule
he is redirected to login page. Again when the login page will load, his
session will not exists, and he will be redirected to login page. Now this is
happening in infinite loop.

All I want to know can I prevent calling the httpmodule
function if some particular page is getting loaded. Currently I am checking for
page name if its Login.aspx, I am quitting from the
function in the HttpModule.

Hope I am clear enough in stating my doubt.

Thanks and regards,

Sujay
