know what a stack is ? a stack is a data strcuture into which you can push and 
pop values.
many 
programming languages strore temporaray valueson the stack... 

this 
stack is implmented by your processor ie there are low level instructions to 
push and pop...
 
a heap 
is a more general reserved area on memory, where typically some link list kind 
of data structure of allocate dmmeory units is maintained.
