Hi Babu Raj, for multilanguage supoort in VB,  simplest thing is to use forms2.dll (a 
separate set of general vb controls textbox, lable etc. with unicode support.) can be 
used.  Access 2000 is defaulty supporting multilanguage support. Multilanguage support 
for Menus in VB is little difficult one.     good book on this is 
"Internationalization with VB" fom SAMS Techmedia, Rs. 300/-. It is available at 
Gangarams in Bangalore. This comes with a CD of examples. I am also working on 
internationalization with VB. I think we can share something. my id if required :
