Use Database name same as design time data base
name.
and use logininfo as

logOnInfo.ConnectionInfo.ServerName = server
name
logOnInfo.ConnectionInfo.DatabaseName = Database
name
logOnInfo.ConnectionInfo.UserID = user
id
logOnInfo.ConnectionInfo.Password = password
